How it Works!

The law requires a parking ticket to have certain elements. The App asks you questions about your ticket to help you determine if your ticket has all the required elements; or if any defenses exist for your scenario.

Steps

  1. Download Dismiss My Ticket from the App store.
  2. Identify the type of ticket you received.
  3. Once you’ve opened the App, click  defective summons.
  4. Based on the info given, the App determines if your ticket is defective and can be dismissed.
  5. Send the info the App gives to Department of Finance.
